I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gill twice this year, first to purchase a new property and more recently to sell another. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate partner. From start to finish, Gill was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. When the first buyer for my sale fell through at the last minute, it was incredibly stressful. Gill immediately stepped in to regroup, adjust the plan, and find a new buyer. Thanks to his hard work and persistence, we had another qualified buyer in place within two weeks. Gill consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He guided me through every step of both transactions with patience and expertise, and even helped me move, which was far more than I ever expected and speaks volumes about his character and dedication to his clients. If you are looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, Gill is the perfect choice. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Absolutely the best -- I will be recommending Gill to everyone I know! Knowledgable, personable, kind, attentive - sometimes it felt like he knew more about our needs than we did (he was right). We've been working with Gill for the past year and it's been an amazing experience!

Very good
